Ts & Cs for purchases from Nigel Hoyle @ Scipelei Pottery Studio.

Collection Of Goods

 

The ideal way to get your purchases is to pick them up directly from the studio, or failing that we can deliver to you, for a small mileage charge (please contact us for details), if you live within 15 miles of Shepley, West Yorkshire.  If your purchase is £60 or over we will deliver free within a 15 mile radius.

 

 

Delivery Cost

 

Delivery within UK mainland for orders between £0 – £29.99 is £2.99. Orders between £30.00 and £99.99 is £4.99. Orders of £100 and above are £9.99 to all customers. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highland and Islands for orders between £0 – £29.99 is £3.99. Orders between £30.00 and £99.99 is £5.99. Orders of £100 and above are £9.99. Overseas postage costs are subject to negotiation- please contact us on +447486014100 - to confirm additional costs of delivery.

 

 

Delivery

 

Nigel Hoyle Ceramics aim to dispatch the products selected by our customers within 3 to 5 working days of order receipt (Subject to Availability). Where delivery charges are not representative of the costs discussed above, the price for delivery will be dependent upon the weight and size of the product purchased. The price for delivery will clearly be stated prior to purchasing the item in the Shopping Cart.

 

 

Cancellation Rights and Policy

 

Under the current Laws within the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel the contract of purchase of any item within seven days of delivery. To cancel this contract, please contact us detailing your reasoning behind cancelling the contract.

 

Additional to this, items can be returned within 14 days of purchased if boxed, unused and in perfect condition. Nigel Hoyle Ceramics can then provide you with a full refund upon the item returning to our studio. For the return of items we would strongly advise the use of a courier that uses a tracking delivery service. In the unlikely event of a customer returning a product, the cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer in question.

 

Statutory Rights

 

All terms and Conditions discussed will have no effect on your Statutory Rights as a Customer of Nigel Hoyle Ceramics.

Collection of Information

 

The information collected on our website is stored in a secure database that protects and encrypts your data to ensure a complete and secure payment protection process. The debit and credit card details are processed by our secure payment provider and at no time do Nigel Hoyle Ceramics have access to the data. Information that is provided relates to the status of payment, whether that be Successful or Unsuccessful.

 

 

Order

 

At Nigel Hoyle Ceramics, we collect information on the customer regarding their purchased order. This includes the customer’s name, address and contact details. These contact details will solely be used for billing purposes, to contact the customer should we have any issues regarding the processing of the order. It is important to note that Nigel Hoyle Ceramics does not receive or hold any credit or debit card details that are provided by the customer. Nigel Hoyle Ceramics only receives the payment status of the specific order and to re-iterate, does not hold onto customers debit or credit card details at any point.

 

 

Damaged Goods

 

Should in the unlikely event you receive goods that are damaged, you must advise us within seven days of receipt by email. The product should be returned using a courier that can supply a tracking number.

 

Faulty Goods

 

Should in the unlikely event you receive goods that are faulty, please return the product to our head office address. We will then provide you with a full refund or a replacement product.
